•This image was to practice manipulating the interior of fonts.

•This was to practice clipping images and feathering in order to make attractive advertisments for magazines and flyers.

•This was made to practice removing portions of a background and adding text for menus, etc.

•This was to practice manipulating text effects and shadows...I went a little futher and created a comic book style font to use in later graphics.

•This is typical limited space tabloid, newspaper, or coupon booklet add to show use of space to convey information quickly.

•One of my favorites... I made this in a workshop about using Photoshop. I like it because i got to have fun with it and use lots of layers to make it full of colors.

•This style i could see as a beer label, simple but fun to read.

•So cool, I like that i can now emphasize aspects of photos for dramatic effect, very, very, useful for anthropology and photojournalism.

•Oh ya, lets sell out and make some resort adds... not my favorite compared to other effects but this is good for titles.

•This is a fun blending effect, useful for making things look like they are somewhere they are not.

•Another favorite since this one looks very exciting and the technique can be used to emphasize and forshadow on many future projects. It feels like there is action in the picture.
